There are multiple ways to add items to your inventory.

In addition to the instructions below, you are strong encouraged to view the video help.

Adding A Single Item

1. Click the Catalog tab,
2. Open the catalog of your choice,
3. Find the item you want/have, and
4. View its Item Detail page,
5. Under the heading "In My Store" is the Add link.

If the item is available in various colors, you must specify a color. When the item is added using this method, it is immediately inventoried, and consolidated, if desired. It is a one-step process.

Adding Multiple Items

Although this is a 3-step process, with longer instructions, it is more efficient for adding multiple lots.

Step #1, gather your belongings:

• Search the Catalog for the item you desire,
• If the item is available in various colors, be sure your color is featured (name/color appears next to photo at top left),
• If needed, select correct color from the Comes In Colors list at bottom right,
• Click the Hand/Pocket icon,
• Click the Bag and specify the quantity,
• Repeat these steps until all items are in your Bag.

Now all items are memorized. You may return any time to complete this process. Your Bag will be waiting for you.

Step #2:

• Click the Sell tab,
• Be sure there are no lots pending upload alerts. Completing this step will overwrite those pending lots,
• Click the Hand/Pocket icon in the second menu bar,
• Click the Bag.

The items are now in your Pending Upload room. They will appear in your inventory but are not visible to the public.

Step #3, complete the upload:

• Click the lots pending upload alert link,
• Fill in Defaults if desired, and click Next,
• Prices are filled in for you when possible, otherwise highlighted fields must be filled in,
• Click Save.

The items are added to your inventory. Any items which failed will still be in your Pending Upload room and may be corrected and finished at any time.
